Due to the bushfires and smoke taint issues of 2020, fruit was sourced from non affected areas for our Rosé. We were so impressed with the cool climate fruit which was more suited for Rosé.
2022 in Western Victoria was trouble free with great growing and ripening conditions. Luckily the vineyards weren't affected by smoke, although yields were reduced from the ongoing drought.

A very pale pink blush colour. Scents of strawberries and rose petals are evident on the nose. The palate copies the nose with a strawberry and cream lingering flavour. This has a very slight sweetness on the finish whilst still being fresh and vibrant. A Rosé that will suit most tastes.
Short term, but may surprise.
A wide range of foods, including Asian cuisine, or just chilled by its self.
