In 2022, cool and wet conditions prevailed most of the growing season which suited the delicate and thin skinned Semillon variety. Natural acid retention was at its peak and foreshadowed great cellaring potential.
The wine is made from Semillon grapes harvested off the ’Braemore’ vineyard, located on Hermitage Road in Pokolbin.
A very pale colour, the nose shows powerful lemon and lime aromas. The palate is intense, tight and alive with mouth-watering acidity. A fresh and lively Semillon with an excellent length of flavour.
