Vineyard Notes
Pinot Noir was sourced from the 46 year old ’Lochleven’ Vineyard in Pokolbin.
Winemaking
2019 gave us beautiful grape ripening weather in January and February. Pure, clean and perfectly ripe fruit was easy to work with. The ongoing issue of reduced yields (up to 50%) continue with the drought.
Tasting Notes
Alluring light salmon pink in colour, the nose has scents of strawberries and rose petals. The palate copies the nose with a strawberry and cream lingering flavour. This has a very slight sweetness on the finish whilst still being fresh and vibrant. A Rosé that will suit many tastes.

Short term, but may surprise.
