Winemaking
Predominantly Chardonnay based with some Semillon used to add acidity and palate length to the blend. Base wine is aged on lees for over 12 months and new vintage material is added each year to keep blend fresh yet complex.
Tasting Notes
Green apple and citrus notes with some yeast notes. Full flavoured with yeast and apple/melon/citrus flavours, good fruit weight and crisp clean lemony acidity.
