The devastating bushfires and smoke related damage in 2020 has led us to source wine from unaffected regions across Australia to fill a void in production. These out of area wines will be released under the Bottle Blonde and New Order brands.

The fruit was harvested at night when the temperature was coolest to retain maximum fruit flavour.
Very pale straw colour. Punchy lifted perfume of tropical fruits. The palate is crisp and zesty with a clean finish.
